Cake Is there an age limit? BounceU is suitable for ages 2 to adult. Walkers
up to 2 years can participate, but should have an adult
accompanying them since the equipment is quite large.
We do not recommend that non-walkers and young toddlers go
on the equipment. We do encourage adults to
participate in the bounce stadiums. They tend to have
as much, or even more, fun than the kids! Can we just come in and play? Yes! Come visit us during our scheduled open
bounce times. Check our website's Open

Playtime sessions, All-Ages Open Bounce events, Family
Bounce Night, and our early Saturday morning session.
We typically have extra open sessions during the summer and
on school holidays as well. Reservations are
recommended for any of our open sessions, as space
is limited. Can we have the bounce room for longer than an
hour and fifteen minutes during our private party? Based on our party scheduling, we cannot offer an
extended stay in the bounce room without an extra
charge. We can say, though, that most bouncers are
ready to move on to the party room for food and drinks
after an hour and fifteen minutes. Do I have to know my exact number of party guests and
order my food and other party options when I reserve my
party? No! Just make your party reservation as soon as you know
your preferred date. We'll telephone you about five days
before your scheduled party date to confirm your guest
count. You can also place an order for food and other
customized items at that time. I don't think 45 minutes is enough time in the
party room, can we have it for a longer period of
time? Unfortunately, our party scheduling won't allow us to
extend party room time without an extra charge. Not
to worry, though; BounceU party hosts do an excellent job
of making the most of your celebration in the party
room. Parents may opt to take the guest of honor's
gifts home to open later so party guests can enjoy food,
drinks and fun while in the party room at a more leisurely
pace. Again, we're here to make your party GREAT and
stress-free for you. Do adults count towards my number of party
participants? No - adults may stay during the party and watch the
children play on the inflatables or just relax at BounceU
and socialize with other parents. They may also
participate, as long as they first sign our standard
Release and Waiver and are issued a wristband. Can I bring in my own food and
drinks? You are welcome to bring in your own cake to a BounceU
party, or order one through us if you prefer. If you
would like to serve other food during your party, however,
we require that you order from our extensive and affordable
BounceU menu. Our preferred relationships with local restaurants
ensure that we can deliver fresh, hot and delicious food to
your party room so it will be ready when you are.
Plus, if you order food from our menu, we'll provide paper
products and utensils for your entire group. If you prefer, we can simply provide unlimited drinks
(your choice of Coca-Cola products, fruit punch, apple juice, milk (upon request) and bottled
water) to your group for just $1.25 per person.
We find that offering our unlimited drink policy provides our customers with the best value. We're here to make your party memorable - and easy for
you! Can I order extra pizza or other food once my
party has begun? No, because we must order food products the day before
your party so that all meals are prepared to order with
fresh ingredients. We do not maintain extra food
